The Freeze Frame mod causes all hit objects in a combo to appear simultaneously (namely, as soon as the first object in that combo appears).
This mod cannot be customised.
Scoring
Freeze Frame has a score multiplier of 1.00x. However, when using Flashlight (FL) along with Freeze Frame, Flashlight's multiplier is reduced, see Flashlight (FL) § Scoring.
