In osu!, the Single Tap mod forces the player to only use one input. After starting a beatmap, the key used to click on the first hit object has to be used until the next break. Using the other input automatically results in a miss. After each break, the player can choose again which key to use. Spinners can always be played using any input.
In osu!taiko, the Single Tap mod forces the player to use only one input for dons and one for kats. Similarly to osu!, using the wrong key will result in a miss and after each break, keys can be chosen anew. Finishers can still be played normally.
This mod cannot be customised.
